She is also a clinical intern at University of Pennsylvania’s Hall Mercer Community Mental Health Center. Before going back to school, she worked for the US State Department, where she was posted to the US Embassy in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. She completed undergrad in Philosophy and International Studies at Spelman College, and a previous Master’s degree from Georgetown University in Security Studies, focusing on sub-state violence in East and Central Africa. Whitney is incredibly interested in working with immigrant and refugee populations--specifically from Africa and the Caribbean. She is also deeply interested in policy and advocacy for those populations, and ways to tailor mental health interventions to better serve people during and after forced migration.</image:caption>

She is a member of the Scientific Council for the defence of dissertations, expert in National Research Foundation of Ukraine, member of the scientific and methodical commission of the higher education sector of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. She was honoured in 2021 with the Gratitude from the Prime Minister of Ukraine for significant contribution to the development of education and science in Ukraine; and in 2018 was honoured with Registered Scholarship of Supreme Council of Ukraine for the most talented Young Scientists. Her research interests regard well-being, quality of life and physical activity, pro-health attitudes, mental health in a threat of experiencing military conflict.</image:caption>

She holds a PhD in Social and Political Psychology from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia. Her primary research interests are focused on intergroup reconciliation, peacebuilding, victimhood, and social identities. As the main case study, Tijana studies the post-conflict context of Bosnia and Herzegovina. She currently serves as the Chair of the Early Career Committee of the International Society of Political Psychology, as well as a member of the Diversity Committee within the same organization.</image:caption>

This has been informed by her interests in phenomenology, visual research methods and feminist ethics of care. Kisane’s first career was in television, as a documentary producer/director for companies including the BBC.</image:caption>

She later got her Masters in Heath Administration from the University of Scranton, PA. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. She passionate about human development, international and organizational psychology, long term care, and global health.</image:caption>

Hailing from New Delhi, India, her goal is to make academia as accessible as possible to underrepresented communities and publish research that is at the fascinating intersection of several different social and creative schools of thought. She is currently a research fellow at the Peace Research Institute at International Christian University in Tokyo. Her research areas include trauma, resilience, intergroup relations, and peace &amp; moral education. She is one of the founders of ABRIR, Consortium of psychological researchers from low-and-middle-income countries (ABRIR: Advancing Big team Reproducible science through Increased Representation). Alma's first book "Social Aspects of Memory. Stories of Victims and Perpetrators from Bosnia-Herzegovina" was published in 2019 by Routledge. Alma is passionate about open science, activism and minority rights.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Joshua Uyheng, Associate Editor Joshua Uyheng is a PhD student in Societal Computing at Carnegie Mellon University. His research interests include the political psychology of populism in the Global South, the network dynamics of online conflicts and digital disinformation, as well as critical approaches to decolonizing computational social science. Originally from the Philippines, he holds undergraduate degrees in mathematics and psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University. He has also previously worked as a research scientist and policy analyst for both government and civil society organizations, with a focus on advocating reforms to fiscal policy and universal healthcare.</image:caption>
